DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Comes now the Petitioner in person and comes also the Respondent in person for hearing
on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein on v y- /3- �j' O �"% And the
Respondent having been served with Summons and this cause having been filed for more than
sixty (60) days, the same now comes on for hearing and judgment,.
Md the Court having.heard the evidence and being duly advised in the premises now
finds as follows:
I. That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the
persons involved in this litigation.

3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage of the parties hereto
and the said marriage should be dissolved.
4. That the Wife is not now pregnant.
5. That no children were born of the marriage.
6. That the property has been divided.
7. That the Wife shall have her former name of L•�5A �n��a„-� � restored to her.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADNDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the
marriage of '�.,�,� .K,,,, i, u�A ,�,,� be and the same is hereby dissoived
by the reason of irretrievable breakdown and the parties are restored to the status of unmanied
persons.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the CouR that each of the findings herein above
enumerated be and the same are hereby made a part of this decree by incorporation herein.
