. SURVEYOR"S REPORT
. The purpose of lhis survey is fo monumenf and describe o proposed lract thal is o pari of
ihe souiheast quarier of the northeast q�arter of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 11
West in Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
This survey was completed wifhout the benefif of a tifle commifinent or abstraci of iitle. A
complete title search may reveal facts thaf may change porfions of ihis survey.
In accordance with Indiana Survey Slandards as defined in fhe Indiana Administralive Code
(865 IAC i-12 "rule 12��), the following observoiions and opinions are submiited regarding the
various uncertainties in fhe locations of the lines and corners established on this survey as a
result of:
a.� Availability and condiiion of reference monuments.
b.) Occupation or possession lines.
c.� Clarity or ambiguify of the record description used and/or adjoiner's description.
d.� The theoretical uncertainty of ihe measurements.
a.� Avai�ability and condition of reference monumenis: In our field research (or lhis survey,
we locafed a sufficieni number of monuments (as shown on ihe survey plat), which in our
opinion, provided us wifh enough data to verify or reestablish the deed locafion of the subjeci
properfy. Unless noted otherwise on ihe plot, all monuments are flush wifh fhe ground, in
good material condition and tirmly set in fhe ground.
The line between the monumenis found along the so�th line of fhe west adjoining tracf
(recorded in Deed Drawer 1 Cards 4093 and 4333� is the baseline for this survey. This line
was used because the terminal ends appeared io be undisiurbed, original monuments which
had virtually 1he same distance as given in the record instrument. Also, ihe angular and
distance relafionships to adjacent monumenis were within tolerances for this class of survey
when compared io data given in the record instruments. These monuments are called for in
the record instrumeni Deed Drawer 1 Cards 4093 and 4333. Said baseline was projected east
the record call of 421.75 feet to establish the southeast corner o; said quarter quarter,
passing thru an iron (o�nd 5.63 feet wesf of the se1 southeast corner. Said found iron is
called out in a survey by F. Kuester as being fhe soufheast corner buf was noi accepted by
ihis surveyor d�e to the found locaiion of ihe 1 inch iron pin and the t'� iron pipe along ihe
eas� line of ihe survey traci supporfing the position of ihe set magnetic nail.
The east line o( said quarfer quarter was established by the found monuments as noted on
the survey plat along said east line. The 1 inch iron pipe is called for in ihe record
instrument (or ihe subject iract.
b.) No inconsistencies in occupation or possession lines are nofed on ihe survey plat. Items,
if any exisi, such as fences, indicating occupation or possession lines, are shown on the
survey plat with dimensions indicafing their posilion relative to the lines and corners of fhis
survey
c.� No ambiguities with the record description used and/or adjoiner's description exist.
d.� The Theorefical Uncerfainty (due fo random errors in measurements) of the corners oi ihe
subject traci esiablished this survey is within the specifications �or a Class C Survey (0.50'� as
defined in IAC 865.
As a result of ihe above observations, it is my opinion fhaf fhe uncertainfies in ihe locafion of
the lines and corners established in this survey ore as follows:
