l. That he has been a practicing attomey in Gibson County, Indiana for over 30
years and was aquainted with Fred Hazbison and kno�i�s that even though he was a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, Fred Harbison died in Vanderburgh Counrv, Indiana, on January 20th,
1998.
2. That at the time of his demise Fred Harbison and Pennv Pankake o��med the
follo���ing real estate situate in Princeton, Gibson Co ana as Joint Tenants �i�ith Fuli
Riehts of Sun�i��orship, to-���it:
A part of the south half of Lot Number 76 in the Original Plan of the
Toti�n, no��� Ciri� of Princeton, Gibson Counn�, [ndiana, bounded as
follo���s, to-���ir. Beginning at the southeast comer of said Lot and from
thence running north 49 feet and 6 inches; thence west 148 feet and 6
inches; thence south 49 feet and 6 inches; thence east 148 feet and 6 inches

Princeton. IN.
This affidavit is executed to affect a transfer of said real estate to Penm� Pankake bv the
Auditor of Gibson County upon the Real Estate Transfer Records of Gibson County, Indiana.
