Jason Hoehn, being first duly swom upon his oath, states:
l. He is a competent adult.
2. He is the Personal Representative of the Estate of Daniel R. Hoehn.
3. That Daniel R. Hoehn died while residing in Gibson County, Indiana, on September 20; 2002,
and proceedings for administration of his estate were conducred in the Gibson Circuit Court under Cause No.
26C01-0210-ES-00».
4. That on September 17, 2003, the Gibson Circuit Court entered its Order Authorizing Partial
Distribution of Specifically Gifted Assets in the Estate of Daniel R. Hoehn. Pursuant to the terms of said
Order, tide to the real estate owned by Daniel R. Hoeho at the time of his death, which was located in Gibson
County, Indiana, and ���hich is more particularly described as follows:
