DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Comes no�v the Petirioner in person and comes now also the Respondent i person
for heari�g on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein on -2 2- U. And the
Respondent having been served with 5ummons and this cause having been filed or more than
sixty (6Q) days, the same now comes on for hearing and judgment:
And the Court having heazd the evidence and being duly advised in the premises no�v
finds as follows: �
l. That this Court has jurisdicrion over the subject matter of this action and over the
persons involved in this litigation.
2. That the parties meet the residency requirements for this action.
3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage of the parties hereto
and that said mazriage should be dissolved.
4. That the Wife is not no�v pregnant.
5. That no children were bom of the marriage.
6. That tlie property has been divided.
