Part of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14),

and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a mag nail over an iron marking the Southwest Corner of said half quarter section;
thence along the west line of said half quarter section North 00 degrees 00 minutes 41 seconds
West 1363.35 feet to the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 14; thence continue along the west line of said half quarter section North 00

In accordance with the Indiana Survey Standards as defined in Indlana administrative code 865, [his document is
crea[ed in order to report opinions and observations regarding the amount of uncertainty in the location of lines
and corners found or established this survey because of the following: 1) availability and condition of reference
monuments, 2) occupation or possession lines, 3) clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and/or
adjoiner's descrip[ions, 4) the relative positional accuracy of the measurements.

• This survey is requested to re[race the boundaries of real estate described in:
DOCUMENT 2003-8424 currently owned by MIDWEST DEVELOPMENT, INC.
REFERENCE MONUMENTS: Section (14), Township (2) South, Range (li) West.
• The half quarter section corners and quarter quarter section corners used this survey are shown on the p�at.
Said corners are documented in the Gibson County Surveyor Record or surveys by this surveyor dated July 03,
2002 recorded in Document 2002-7541 and dated October 30, 2002 recorded in Document 2003-7.
LINES OF POSSESSION:
• The west lines of the surveyed [ract are [he approximate lines of possession and are mostly along an existing
fence.
• The easterly lines of the surveyed tract along the westerly right-of-way lines of the US 41 are the approximate
lines of possession and are mostly along the west side of the existing right-of-way fence.
• The lines of the surveyed tract common to the Storage Express property are vague lines of possession.
• The south line of the surveyed tract is within County Road 150 South right-of-way.
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS:
• The surveyed tract is owned by Midwest Development, Inc. and is described in Document 2003-8424. Said
surveyed tract is summarized as the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 2 South,
Range 11 Wes[ with exceptions to US 41 and Storage Express Holdings, LLC.
• The adjoining [ract southeast of the surveyed tract is owned by Storage Express Holdings, LLC and is described
in Document 2006-6286. Said [ract is described by a two metes and bounds type descriptions.
• The adjoining tracts wes[ of the surveyed tract are limited to the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section la and the Southwest Quarter of the Sou[heas[ Quarter of Section 14. The record owners and record
documentation of each is shown on the plat.
• The adjoining tract south of the surveyed tract is owned by Hartman and is summarized as the East Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 23 with exceptions in Document 2003-6639.
• The adjoining tract easterly of the surveyed tract is US 41 and is described in Cause #11401 C 61-359.
CORNER SUMMARY OF THE SURVEYED TRACT:
• The southwest corner and the northwest corner of the surveyed tract are marked by found monuments
documented in multiple record documents.
• The northwest corner and the northeast corner of the Storage Express trac[ common to the surveyed tract are
marked by found controlling monumen[s.
• The southwest corner of the Storage Express tract common to the surveyed tract is set at the record location
per the Storage Express deed of 600.01 feet from the Southeasf Corner of the East Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 14.
The easterly corners of the surveyed tract along US 47
No. 65(10) dated 1958, found center line monuments,
