Affiant is a competent adult.
2. Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters stated herein.
3. Frederick C. Halliburton ("Decedent'), died testate a resident of Medina County,
Ohio, on August 21; 2007; and that at the time of Decedent's death, Decedent �i�as the o��mer of

probate in the Medina County Probate Court, State of Ohio, on September 14, 2007; and
subsequently on February 20, 2009, said Will was admitted to probate in the Gibson
Counq� Circuit Court, State of [ndiana, as a foreign Will without administration.
�. The fee simple o«mership of the Real Estate is no�v ��ested in the Decedenrs
sun�ivine sister-in-la«� and nephews, namely, Elizabeth C. Halliburton, Daniel F. Halliburton,
William M. Halliburton, Jc, and David C. Halliburton, equallv as Tenants in Common. That
said real estate passed to the residual legatees of said Decedent by virtue of the terms and
provisions of [tem [I[ of the Last �'�'ill and Testament of Frederick C. Halliburton; and that the
Audilor of Gibson County, Indiana, is requested to show transfer of o���nership of the Real Estate
on the records of the Auditors office in accordance ���ith the terms of this Affidavit.
