CHRISTINE SIYIM01`'S and RYAN HASENOUR, as equal tenants in common, for no
consideration, an undivided one-third interest in and to the following described Real Estate
located in Gibson County, Siate of Indiana, to-wit:
The north one-half (%Z) of the northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 9
west, containing 80 acres, more or less.
This Transfer on Death Deed is Revocable by Transferors. This Deed does not transfer
any ownership until the death of both of the Transferors. This Deed revokes all prior
beneficiary designations by Transferors for the Real Estate.
