AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Elma Ingle, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
despos��and says:
That she is more than sixty-five (65) years of age,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is
that of a retired housewife,
That she is familiar with the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the east half of the southwest quarter of section 32,
township 3 south, .range 9 west, described as follows, towit:
Beginning eight and five hundredths (8.05) chains south of the
northwest corner of said half quarter section and runninq thence
south eighteen (18) chains; thence east parallel with the north
line thereof to the east line thereof; thence north eighteen
(18) chains; thence west to the place of beginning, containing
thirty-six (36) acres, more or less; excepting always two and
one-half (2z) acres of the above described real estate sold to
Teddy D. ingle and Jacqueline Ingle, husband and wife, after
March 16, 1937 and before February 19, 1974, leaving after said
exception thirty-three and one-half (33'�) acres, more or less.
Being part of the realdescribed in Deed Record No. 107, page 227,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Kelly Ingle and Elma Ingle,
husband and wife,as tenaats by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowl-
edge that the said Kelly Ingle died intestate on or about July 27,
1948, and that said Kelly Ingle and Elma Ingle were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Kelly ingle.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Kelly Ingle at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of sai.d decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
