Location 187, both in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly
described as follows:
Begin at a point in the South line of said Fraction Section 30, one thousand four
and fifty-hundredths (1004.50) feet [lest of the Southeast corner thereof at a steel
fence post driven in a ravine; thence North two thousand nine hundred fifty-two and
zero-hundredths (2,952.00) feet to the low water mark on the Patoka River; thence
in a northeasterly direction up said River to a point two hundred fourteen and zero
hundredths (214.00) feet measured at right angles to the projection of the above
described West line; thence South and parallel to said West line three thousand one
hundred twenty-three and zero-hundredths (3,123.00) feet to a strap iron guarded
by a steel fence post on the South line of said Fraction Section; thence West two
