AF'FIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP
Eugenia Elliot, being first duly sworn upon-her oath deposes
l. That she is well acquainted with the family history of
Roy Jacobus and Pearl Jacobus.

2. That Roy Jacobus and his wife Pearl Jacobus were the
owners as tenants by the entireties of the real estate at 215 i1.
Warnock, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, more adequately described
as follows:
A part of the south half of Section #(6),
township number 2 south, range 10 West, bounded as follows,
to-wit: Beginning at a point in the center of an
alley which point is six (6) feet west of the NW
corner of lot number 23 in Charles Brownlee's
Enlargement of the town (now city) of Princeton,
Indiana, and running thence west ��3z feet; thence
south g9 feet; thence east 43z feet to the center
of an alley; thence north g9 feet to the point of
beginning.
3. That the said Roy Jacobus died on the 28th day of
January, 1947 at the age of fifty-six (56) leaving his wife Pearl
Jacobus as the surviving tenant.
4. That the said Pearl Jacobus died on the 25th day of
July, 1969, at the age of seventy-seven (77) leaving surviving her
as her only heir at law so far as is known to this affiant,-Effie
Jewell Orange, daughter. .

5. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of
transfering-the hereinabove des,cribed real:estate to.Effie Jewell
