That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of Lot Number 107 in the Original Plan of the Town, now City, of Princeton, Indiana, described as follows: Begin in the south line of said Lot, 86 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; and run north on a line parallel with the east line of said Lot, 74,25 feet; thence west on a line parallel with the south line of said Lot, 62.5 feet to the west line of said Lot; thence south along said west line to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence east along the south line of said Lot, 62.5 feet to the place of be- ginning. . Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #2, Card �8197, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Ray Jaquemai and Rosina Jaquemai, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Ray Jaquemai died testate, on or about the 29th day of April, 1976, and that the said Ray Jaquemai and Rosina Jaquemai were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Ray Jaquemai.
