Ruth N. Jarrett being £irst duly sworn, upon her oath
says that she was personally acquainted �vith Mary J. Whitted
who died on or about January 24, 1970 and whose will was admitted
to probate in the Gibson Circuit Court on January 30, 1970; that
the Will of said decedent provided as follows:
"ITEM 1. Z order and direct that all my just debts, expenses of
last illness, and funeral bill, be paid as soon as practicable
iollowing my death.��
"ITEM 2. I give and devise to my sister, Ruth Jarrett, the,real
estate I own and now occupy as my home at 818 S. Main St., Princeton,
Indiana and also the bedroom suite in the front bedroom.��
That pursuant to said will this affiant has paid all the expenses
required by Item 1; that the Indiana inheritance tax has been com-
puted upon the estate of decedent and no tax found to be due; that
to the best of the knowledge and belieP of this affiant, there are
no unpaid bills or debts of the said Mary J. Whitted or any one who
can assert a claim against her estate; that the real estate mentioned
in Item 2 of said Will is described as follows:
A part of [.ot 2 in Woods Addition to the City oi Princeton,
bounded as follows: Begin at a point 103.5 Peet north of the
southwest corner of said lot and run thence north to the north line
of said lot; thence east to the east line of said lot; thence south
to a point 103.5 feet north of the southeast corner o£ said lot;
thence west to the place of beginning.
That she makes this affidavit for the purpose of inducing the
Auditor of Gibson County to trans£er said real estate £rom Mary J.
Whitted to this affiant, Ruth N. Jarrett.
