Geneva Jaynes and Kathy Besing, being first duly sworn, upon
oath depose and say:
1. That the above decedent Granville L. Jaynes died
intestate on February 24, 1992, a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana.
2. That said decedent did die as the owner of the following
described real estate situated in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lots 23 and 24 in College Park Addition to the City of
Oakland City.
3. That the decedent's gross probate estate less liens and
eneumbrances does not exceed the costs and expenses of admi-
nistration and reasonable funeral expenses.
4. The heirship of said decedent and the persons entitled to
at least a part interest in the real estate as a result of the
death of the decedent is as follows:

5, The said heirship herein is determined pursuant to
Zndiana Code 29-1-z-1.
