AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE

COUNTY°OF GIBSOAT, SS:
RUBY K, JENKINS, being first duly sworn upon oath, says
that GEORGE: W. JENKINS departed this life a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana, on November Sth. , 1969, and left him surviving as his widow this
affiant; that this affiant and the said GEORGE W. JENKINS were the owners
as tenants by the entirety of the following described real estate, situate in
the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
The south half of the northwest quarter of L.ot Number 2,
in Range No. 1 of the New Survey (Survey of 1818) of the Town,
now City, of Princeton, and
this affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the Auditor of Gibson County,
to transfer the above described real estate to this affiant upon the transfer
record of the City of Princeton.
