AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE HELD BY ENTIRETIES TO SURVIVOR
The undersigned, being first duly sworn on oath says:
1. That Russell li. Jenkins is the husband and surviv-
ing tenant by the entirety of Lucille Geneve Jenkins caho
died intestate on the 21st day of December, 1986.
2. That on the date of death of Lucille Geneve Jenkins
she and this a£fiant were the owners of the following
described real estate as listed on the taxation records of
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana:
A middle part of Lot Number 23 in the Smyth
and Reavis Enlargement of the town, now city, of
Princeton, Indiana, and further described as
follows: Begin at an iron in the east line of
Smyth Street which is identical with the west line
of Lot Number 23 of Smyth and Reavis Enlargement,
which iron is located 87 feet south of the north
west corner of said Lot Number 23; and from said
point of beginning bear east parallel to the north
line of said Lot Number 23, a distance of 104.5
feet to an iron; thence continue east on the same
course a distance of 44 feet to an iron in the
east line of said Lot Number 23; thence bear south
on said east line a distance of 78.30 feet to an
iron; thence bear westerly a distance of 47.75
feet to an iron located 163.47 feet south of the
north li�e of said lot; thence bear south 3
degrees west a distance of 13 feet to an iron at
Lee Eastcaood's northeast corner; thence bear north
83 degrees and 31 minutes west along Eastwood's
north line a distance of 100.46 feet to an iron
located in the east line of Smyth Street; thence
bear north 78 feet to the point of beginning, and
containing 0.277 acre, or 12,066 square feet,
TOGETHER Y:ITH AN EASEr1ENT for sewer purposes along
and over a strip of land 10 feet in width cahose
centerline is described as follows: Beginning at
a point in the north line of State Street south 81
degrees and 10 minutes east 6 feet of the south-
caest corner of Lot Number 23 and bearing north 12
degrees east a distance of 66.2 feet to a point in
Lee Eastwood's north line 20.50 feet south 83
degrees and 31 minutes east of the northcaest
corner of Eastwood's 0.154 acre tract.
SUBJECT TO all rights-of-way, restrictions,
conditions, covenants, easements and limitations
of record, and also to applicable zoning iaws, ir
any.
3. That the Estate of Lucille Geneve Jenkins is of
insufficient value to require the filing of a federal estate
tax return.
4. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of
inducing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer
said real estate to this affiant's name alone, on the real
