ESTATE UPON THE TAX RECORDS
COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS:
RE: ESTATE OF HELEN M. JOHNSON,
DECEASED ' -
GERALD E. HALL, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that he was Attorney for HANS A. JOHNSON, the surviving
widower of HELEN M. JOHNSON, who departed this life on February 8th.,
1968; that this affiant positively knows that the.said HANS A.
JOHNSON and HELEN M. JOHNSON, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entirety were as of February 8th., 1968,'the date of the death
of the said HELEN M. JOHNSON, the owners.of the following described
real estate, situate in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana,
to-wit:
Pt NE 1/4 Sec. 8, T 2 S,�R 10 W; .73 Acre.
That title in and to'fhe above described real estate vested in
HANS A. JOHNSON immediately upon the death of the said HELEN M.
JOHNSON; that the said HANS A. JOHNSON subsequently departed this
life on March 27th., 1974, a resident'of Gibson County, Indiana,
and the GIBSON COUNTY BANK is the Executor of the Estate of the
said HANS A. JOHNSON.
