AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Naomi R. Johnson, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposesand says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lots numbered forty-five (45) and forty-six (46) in
Prince Place Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
No. 109, Page 578, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
ALSO,
A part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 13, township 2 south, Range 11 west, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of a plat of ground now owned by
J.W. Hansen in said quar-ter quarter section, and running thence north
to the south line of the farm known as the Tichenor Farm; thence
east along the south line of the Tichenor Farm to Prince Addition;
thence south along the west line of Prince Addition to the north
line of the plat of ground owned by said J.W. Hansen; thence west
along the north line of the Hansen plat to the place of beginning
containing three and one-half (3'�) acres,more or less;
Being the same r�l estate described in Deed Record No, 148 Page 507,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and, that she knows of her own knowledge that the s aid above
described real property was formerly owned by John Edward Johnson
and Naomi R. Johnson, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said John Edward Johnson died on or about July 11, 1971,
and that said John Edward Johnson and Naomi R. Johnson were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said John Edward
Johnson.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that decedent's estate will not be subject to a Federal Estate Ta3c.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
