AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Jay T.;Jones., being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than thirty (30) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is a Farmer.
That he is familiar with the follawing described real
estate located in Union Twp. Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 3 south,
Range 11 West of the Second Principal Meridian described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said quarter section and
running.:thence west 160 rods to the northwest corner thereof;
thence south 100 rods; thence east 80 rods to the half quarter
section line; thence north 50 rods; thence east 80 rods to the
section line;thence north 50 rods to the point of beginning
containing 75 acres, more or less; ALSO, a part of the northeast
quarter of Section 30, Township 3 south, Range 11 West of the
Second Principal Meridian,- described as follows: Beginning at the
southeast corner of said quarter section and running thence North
100 rods; thence west SO rods to the half quarter section line;
thence south 100 rods; therice east 80 rods to the poinf of
beginning, containing 50 acres, more or less; CONTAINZNG in all 125
acres, in Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly owned by Alfred F. Jones and Eliza Faith
Jones, as husband and wife, and as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Eliza Faith Jones died intestate, in or about
February 26, 1963, and that the saidAlfred F. Jones and Eliza
Faith Jones were husband and wife, at the time of the death of
the said Eliza Faith Jones. �
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Eliza Faith Jones, at the time
of her death within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not. "
