COUNTY OF GIBSON, . SS:
-. _ COVIE-L.-JONES,—being_ first-duly sworn upon.oath, says, that
Charles W. Jnnes departed this life, testate, a resident of Gibson County,
in the State of Indiana, on August 8th. , 1955, and that the Last Will and
Testament of said decedent was duly admitted to probate in the Gibson Cir-
cuit Court on September 6th. , 1955; that this affiant is the widow and sole
d'evisee under the Last Will and Testament of said decedent; tha.t the decedent
was, as of the date of his death, the owner with this affiant, as tenants by the
entirety, of the following described real estate, situate in the City of Prince-

ton, Gibsnn County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit: -
Lot No. 78 in the Southside Addition
Pt NW 1/4 of Sec. 18, Township 2 south,
Range 10 west, �
as shown on the Transfer Books of the City of Princeton, Indiana, as main-
tained in the office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana; that said real es-
tate passed to this affiant as the surviving tenant by the entirety, and as such
this affiant is the owner of a fee simple title in and to said real estate, and
hereby requests the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to enter said real es-
tate for taxation in the name of COVIE L. JONES.
