I�Iildred S. Jones, being first duly sworn upon her oath says
that she is the surviving widow of Herbert E. Jones, deceased, that
said decedert departed this life on the 3rd day of January, 1980, a
resident of Gibson Couaty, State of Indiana, and was the owner with
affiant as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate situate
in Gibson County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer
records of Patoka Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and
described as follo�os :
TRACT �'73-1 in an unrecorded portion of the
Plat �Dike Addition to the City of Princeton,
Indiana, more particularly described as
follows: A west part of the northwest quarter
northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 2
south, Range 10 west, in Patoka Township,
further described as follows: Begin at a_
point in the west line of�the northwest
quarter, northeast quarter of Section 8,
:� Township 2 south, Range 10 caest, which is
located 793•.05 feet south of the northwest:'
corner of said quarter quarter; and thence
bear east square to said west line a distance
of 30 feet to a S/8 inch iron set in the east
right-of-�vay line of a public black-top road;
thence continue east on the same course a
distance of 150 feet to a 5/8 inch iron;
thence bear south parallel to the said west'.

quested to transfer said real estate to this affiant's_name for
tax purposes.
