AFFIDAVIT AS TENANCY BY ENT
Philip Mowrer, being first duly sworn, upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than thirty (30) years of age, a resident
of Owensville, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occuoation
is an Insurance Agent.
That he is familiar with the following described real
property located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A oart of Lot number eighteen C18) in the Original P1an of the
Town of Owensville, Indiana, described as follows: Begin at a
point seventy five (75) feet west of the southeast corner of said
1ot, and running thence west thirty six (36) feet more or less
to the corner of M.R. Kimball`s building; thence north seventy
(70) feet, thence east thirty six <36) feet, thence south seventy
(70) feet to the place of beginning;
and, that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real prooerty caas formerly owned by Jol�nathan Ray JuLian and Edith E. �
Julian, hushand and caife, as tenants by the entirety. �
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that said JoJ�nathan Ray Julian died, intestate, on or about the
24th day of October, 1964, and that said Jo�nathan Ray Julian and
Edith E. Julian, were husband and wife at the time of the death
of the said Jo�jnathan Ray Julian.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Johnathan Ray JuLian at the
ti�ne of his death, within the m�ing of the Federal Estate Tax
Laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
The above described real estate is encumbered by a certain
real estate mortgage in favor of the First National Bank of Owensville,
Indiana, noca of record in Mortgage Record No. 195 page 83, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and the unpaid balance is
in the aoproximate sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Nine
Dollars and Tcuenty Cents ($1,359.20).
Affiant further sayeth not.
