This is to certify that I have or my deputy E. Steven Marling
has examined the land herein described and beiieve the land has been appraised at iu true cash value. Further I have examined the
forest plantation or native forest, and believe the stand of trees now complies with the provisions of the law. Further I believe the
owner will faithfully carry aut the provisions of the law.
The tapogrephy, soil, sund and species of trees etc., are here briefiy described:
This is an upland tract with elevation changes of 40 feet wer the tract. Soils
are Alford silt loam (35), Wakeland silt loam (30$), and A1fo=d-Parke silt loarts (35).
These are all very good forest soils with the only restrictions being for steepness.
Major species on this c.00dland are tuliptree, ash, white oak, bl.ac.k oalc, hickory,
black cherzy and sugar maple along with sassafras, walnut and elm. Stockage is 85-95
gA with dineters ranging 24" - 12" DBH.
Nsnexvus trees have been planted in the early 1980's and TSI was done wer the
entire acrnage by the ownPx• The non-forest area is a C7ristmas tree plantation
