AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR'S RECORDS
Mark A. and Angela D. Jones, being duly sworn upon our oath,
despose and say:
1. That we are both competant adults.
2. That we have personal knowledge of these matters stated herein.
3. That on Aug. 25th of 1975, Oren and Mildred Faries purchased a
real estate (described below), for a contract sale to Mark A. Jones (son-
in-law) and Angela D. Jones (daughter), which was signed by all members
involved and notarized on the 13th day of Feb. 1976.
4. That at the time of her death, Mildred Faries was the sole
owner (Oren Faries having preceded her in death), of the real estate
(deeded in both their names), in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Begin at the South-east corner of Lot 5, Range 1 of the New Sur-
vey of the town (now city) of Princeton Indiana and run thence
North 69 feet; thence West 78} fee[; thence South 69 feet; thence
East 78} feet to the place of the begining, (428 E. Spruce St.
Princeton Indiana), being the same real estate described in the
Deed Record A164 page 47, office of the Recorder, Gibson County,
Indiana.
(hereinafter the "real estate").
5. That there were no formal preceeding for the administration
of an estate for Mildred Faries,_ (who died after Oren Faries), and
none are'contemplated; and that no liability for Indiana inheritance
tax or Federal estate tax was created at the death of Milderd Faries.
6. That although Mildred Faries died intestate, she gave verbal

Reel (daughter),to [he terms of "disb�rsement" of her real estate,
property, and monies.
7. That in the beforehand declared "disbursement", son-in-law
Mark A. Jones, and daughter Angela D. Jones were to receive "Free and
Clear " the real es[a[e at 428 E. Spruce St. Princeton, Indiana., in
the county of Gibson, (described above) as their part of the before-
described planned "Disbursement" of the Pfildred Faries prior to
death testimonies.
8. That pursuant to the terms of the verbal testimony of
Mildred Faries, title to [he real estate vested in the affiants and
[he Auditor of Gibson County, In. is requested to show transfer of
the real estate t these affiants on pursuant to th"s Affi vit.
