I, the undersi�ned, Bobby Julian, bein� the surviving spouse of Bemice M. Julian and a beneficiary under her Trust A�reement dated September 6, 1991, which Trust was the sole distributee under the Last �Vill and Testament of Bemice M. Julian and which said Last �Vill and Testament was probated in the Circuit Court of Pike County, Indiana, on the 3rd day of December, 2002, and docketed in said CouR under Cause No. 63C01- 0212-Eij-00039 pursuant to I.C. 32-3-2-1 through 32-3-2-15 hereb}' disclaims and renounces all of my righ[s, title and interest as the surviving spouse and beneficiary of said Trust or othenvise insofar as said Trust and Will covers the following described real estate located in �Vamck and Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: 'Phe following described real estate is located in �Varrick County, State of Indiana, to-wit The North Half of Ihe Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range S�Vest, EXCEPT 34 rods off of the west side thereof, and that part lying between State Highway 61 and the old road from Boonville, Indiana, and Petersburg, lndiana; AND ALSO EXCEPTII�'G a part of the North Half of the Southeast QuaRer of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 3�Vest, bounded and described as follo���s, to-�vit: Beginning at a point in the center oFthe old Boonvifle-Petersburg Road where said center line crosses the south line of said North Half of said quarter section and said point being the center of the Keifer Road running east and west; thence runnin� west along the center of said Keifer Road and along the south line of said quaRer section 220 feet; thence running north Z 10 feet; thence running east to the center of the Boonville-Petersburg; thence running �� � � � southeasterly alon� the center of said road to the place of beginning containing one (1) acre, more or less. The imdersigned further declares that he has received no income or exercised any rights of ownership over the above described real estate since the death of Bernice M. Julian, Deceased. It is the intention of the undersigned that this disclaimer constitutes a qualified disclaimer as defined in Section 2� 1 S(C) (3) of the Intemal Revenue Code as amended F � � and the corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws and that it also constitute a disclaimer under Indiana Code 32-3-2-1 et seq.
