being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish,
and declare this to be my LAST.irILL AND TESTA�IENT, hereby revoking
any and all former Plills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
I.
I direct that prompt payment be made of the expenses of my
last illness or hospitalization and funeral expenses. I direct that
all of my just debts be paid by my Executor, to be hereinafter ap-
pointed during the course of the administration of my Estate at the
time and in the manner as said Executor may deem proper in his dis-
cretion.
II
I, give, bequaath, and devise nothing to my son, GEORGE JONES.
as I have done many things.for him during his lifetime of ivhich he is
well acvare and for that reason those particular generosities on my
part will be sufficient so that I feel no obligation to provide him
anything from my estate.
III.
I give, bequeath, and devise to my grandchildren, being the
children of my deceased son, Paul 0. Jones, Jr., namely, PAUL �YAYNE
JO\ES, presently residing in the State of Iowa, SANDRA DEISHER, Dit.
Carmel, Illinois, VICKY SPETH, Allendale, I1linois,ROBERT JONES, )it.

in Paragraph IV, subject to the same restrictions, to my daughter-in-
la��� iARLENE D. JONES, as and for her absolute property, per stirpes.
VI.
I hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of this, my LAST
L'iILL 9ND TESTAhiENT, my beloved son, RICHAP.D LEE JO�iES, and direct
that he serve as such Executor without having to furnish bond there-
for. I further direct that my Executor shall have all the po�:�ers anc
duties as are granted by the statutes of the State of Illinois.
