JAMES J. KELL being first duly sworn says upon his
oath that he was formerly the husband of one Fern Kell; that the
said Fern Kell and this affiant were grantees in a certain warranty
deed covering the following described real estate in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
A part of Lot Number Three Hundred Thirteen C313) in Genung's
Second Enlargement to the Town oi Fort Branch, Indiana and more
particularly described as follows: The place of beginning may
be found at an iron at the northeast corner of said lot; thence
south and along the east line thereof 70.33 feet to an iron;
thence west and parallel to the north line of said lot 74.25 feet
to an iron on the west line; thence north along the west line
thereof 70.33 feet to an iron at the northwest corner of said lot;
thence east along the north line 74.25 feet to the place of
beginning,
as tenants by the entirety; that the said Fern Kell is now
deceased, having died on or about t�j �/fL , 19�, intestate,
and leaving an estate of less than $60,000; that he makes this
affidavit for the purpose, among other things, of inducing the
Auditor of Gibson County to make transfer upon his records, of
said real estate to the name o� James J. Kell.
