JAMES KELL being first d'uly sworn upon his oath says
that he is a son of Hazel Kell Rothert, deceased, who died on
January 19, 1970, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, owning
the following described real estate situate in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:

described as follows: Begin on the west line of said Lot,
20 feet north of the southwest corner thereoi and run thence
east 85.75 feet; thence south 20 Peet to L.ocust Street;
thence east 30 feet, more oz less, to a point 19 feet west
of the southeast corner of said Lot; thence north 69 feet;
thence west 115.75 feet to the west line of said Lot; thence
south 49 feet to the place of beginning, a right of way 10
