AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Mary Esther Lathom, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than twenty .(20) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Lot number 6 in Howe's Enlargement of the City of Princeton,
bounded as follows: Begin at the southeast corner of said lot and run
thence north 50 feet and B inches; thence west to the west line of
said lot; thence south on said west line of said lot 50 feet and 8
inches to the southwest corner of said lot; and thence east,to the
place of beginning, except always, a strip of ground 7 feet in width
off the south side thereof. .
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 117 Page 518,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Ervin H. Kelley and Mary E.
Kelley, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Ervin H. Kelley died on or about September 11, 1962,
and that the said Ervin H. Kelley and Mary E. Kelley, were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Ervin H. Relley. �
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Ervin H. Kelley at the time of
his demise, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than-Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
