The undersigned, Dorothy Alice Kirby, now residing at
R.R.#3, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, beinq first duly sworn
on oath deposes and says: -
1, That she is one of the heirs at law of Horace T. Rendle,
deceased, who died a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, onor
about July 8, 1953; that at the time of the death of the said
decedent he was the owner of the following described real estate
located in Patoka Tawnship, Gibson County, indiana, towit:
Part of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
section fourteen (14), township two (2) south, range eleven
(11) west, containing thirty-nine (39) acres, more or less;
That the estate of said decedent was administered in the
Gibson Circuit Court under Estate Dkt. No. 1797, and the final
report on decedent's eatate was filed in said Court on September
17, 1954; that said decedent left surviving him as his sole and
only heirs at law the following:" No wife, but left as his
heirs, and only heirs at law, the following: William Franklin
Kendle, adult-son, Wesley Davis Kendle, adult-son, Mary Dell Kirby
adult-daughter, Dorothy Alice Kirby, adult-daughter, John Lewis
Rendle, adult-son, Robert Hanks Kendle, adult-son and Norma Jean
Kendle, adult-granddaughter,
That the real estate hereinabove described has never been
transferred on the Patoka Township Transfer Book, Office of the
Auditor of Gibson County, Zndiana, from the name of "Horace T.
Rendle"; that this affidavit is prepared and filed in the Office
of said Avditor for the purpose of establishinq the death and '
heirship of the said Horace T. Kendle, and the additional purpose
of obtaining a transfer of said real estate from the name of
Wesl Da �s Kend�e
Horace T. Kendle to the name of �Mx�r,r�agraAwda.xx�c�ma�y, et al -
Heirs at law of Horace T. Rendle, deceased.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
