KINEIPP died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on January 31, 1961, and that the said ARTHUR M. KINEIPP and NOLA�B, RINEIPP �vere husband and wife at the time of the death of the said ARIHIJR M, KENEIPP. Affiant further states that he knows of his ovm knowledge that the gross value of the Estate of the said ARTHUR M, RINEIPP at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Ta�c Laws, was less than Fourteen Thousand (y14,000.00) Dollars and that the Estate of said Decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax, That the Affiant makes this pffidavit for the purpose of effecting a transfer of said Real Estate from the joint name of ARIHUR M. RII�EIPP and NOLA B. RENEIPP on the Transfer Record and Tax Duplicates in the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to the individual name of NOLA B.
