AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL
ESTATE UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE

COUA'IY OF GIBSON, SS:
GERTRUDE KERN, being first duly sworn upon oath, says
that JESSE W, KERN departed this life a resident of Princeton, Gibson
County, �Indiana, on September 26th. , 1973, and that said decedent and his
wife, GERTRUDE KERN, this. affiant, �vere as of the date of the death of
the said JESSE �V, KERN the o�vners as tenants by the entirety of the foilow-
ing described real estate, situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the north half of L,ot number 12 in Block "C" in
Hall's Enlargement to the Southwark Addition to the town, now City,
of Princeton, described as Follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner thereof, and running_thence east 60 feet; thence south 74 feet
and 3 inches to the center line of said Lot; thence west 60 feet to the
west line of said Lot; thence north 74 feet and 3 inches to the place
of beginning, SUBJECT to an easement over and across the follow-
ing described tract of land, .to-wit: A part of Lot number 12 in
Block "C" in Hall's Enlargement of the Southwark.Addition to the
town, now City, of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 48 feet east of the northwest corner of said
L.ot and run thence east 12 feet; thence south 74,'- feet; thence west
12 feet; thence north 744 feet to the place of beginning;
ALSO, A part of the south half of L.ot number 12 in Block "C"
in Hall's Enlargement to the Southwark Addition to the town, now City,
of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows: From the northwest corn-
er of the south half of Lot number 5 in Block "C" in said Enlargement
run thence west parallel to the north line of said Lot number 12 a dis-
tance of 94. 5 feet to a point on the north line of the south half of said
I.ot 12 and from said point as a beginning point run thence rvest along
the north line of said south half of said Lot 12 a distance of 60 feet to
the west line of said Lot 12; thence south along said west line 45 feet;
thence east parallel to the north line of said Lot 12 a distance of 60
feet; thence north to the point of beginning, together with the right to
the use of a drive way or easement over a part of said L.ot 12 de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at a point 48 feet east of the northwest
corner of said L.ot 12 and run thence east 12 •feet; thence south 74; feet;
thence west 12 feet; thence north 744 feet to the place of beginning.
That title in and to the above described reai estate is now vested
in this affiant, GERTRUDE KERN, as the surviving tenant by the entirety, and
this affidavit is made to induce the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to
transfer said real estate to this affiant upon the tax records of the City of
Princeton.
