To Whomsoever Else It May Concern:

Hope M, Kenworthy,being first dul� sworn upon her oath,
deposes and sa�s that she was the fonmer wife of one Girthel R.
Mason, who died intestate on to=wit: Aug. 21, 1929, leaving as
his heirs and onl� heirs at law; his said widow, Hope M.Mason,
and one son Harry Earl Mason, then 11 years of age.
- 'That at the time of the death oi said husband, he was
the owne'r'in fee simple of the following described real estate
situated in Hazleton, Indiana, to-wit:
The East hali of Lot #59 in Eastern Enlangement to the town
of Hazleton,
and owned no other propert�. That subsequent to his death,
this affiant personally paid his burial expenses, hospital and
medical expenses, and other debts and liabilities of her said
husband.
That the title to said real estate is still listed for
taxation, in the name of Girthel R. Mason, but that this affiant
has paid the taxes thereon, continuousl� ever since the death of.
her said husband; that she has been occupying said propert� as
her home continuously ever since_the death of her said husband,
except for a period of nine months, during which time she was
in the W A Cs. Afiiant further sa�s that said son Harr� E.Mason
is now married and is a resident of Fort Lauderdale, State of
Florida. That affiant married her present husband, George S.
Kenworthy , Au ust 7, 1943.
'1'hat �y reason of the foregoing facts, and circumstances,
this affiant asks that the above named propert� be transferred
over to her and listed in her name for purposes of taxatio n.
