Keil, R.R. #1, Tennyson, Warrick County, State of Indiana, 6eing first duly sworn on oath deposes and � says: That he is one of the adult soas and one of the several heirs-at-Law of John Kei1, deceased, who died a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about May�4, 1940, and that said decedent left surviving him Mary Keil, widow, and his two (2) adult sons and two (2) adult daughters, viz: Irene G. ��t1 and MarceLla M. Kei1 (aduLt-daughters), Louis kG'. Kei1 and Charles J. Kei1 (adult-sons). T'his affiant wouLd further say that the above designated r7ary Kei1 died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about October 31, 194� and at the time of her demise she was the owner of the following described real estate situate in Johnson Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: , Fart of the east haLf of section two (2) township four (4) south, range eleven (11) west, and a part of the west half of section one <1), township four (4) south, range eleven (11) west, containing sixty-nine and three hundredths (69.03) acres; ALSO, part of the northeast quarter of section eLeven (11), township four (4) south, range eleven (11) west, containing twenty (20) acres, and containing in a11 eighty-nine and three hundredths (89.03) acres, more or 1ess; and, that the estate of Mary Kei1 was settLed in the Gibson Circuit Court under Estate Dkt. No. 900; and, that said decedent left as her sole and onLy heirs-at-law theaforementioned two (2) aduLt sons and two (2) adult daughters. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining a transfer of the real estate from the name of John Kei1 and Mary Keil,both now deceased to the four (4) heirs at 1aw of the last of said decedents.
