AFFIDAVZT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
George E, Kiesel being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that retired
employee of the Emge Packing Company at Fort Branch, Indiana:.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The north half of lot number two hundred thirteen
(213) in the LeGrange Second Addition, to the
Town of Fort Branch, Gibson County, State of Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
98, page 42, Office of the�Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
and that he knows of.his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by George E. Kiesel and Irene B.
Kiesel, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Irene B. Kiesel died intestate on or about the 8th
day of April, 1976, and that the said George E. Kiesel and Irene B.
Kiesel were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Irene B. Kiesel. '_
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal
Estates Tax; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance
Tax see Probate Dkt. No. PR 76 - , Office of the Clerk of the
Gibson Circuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
