Ballard, being fir_st duly sworn on oatl� poses and says: That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of an Attorney. That he is familiar with the following described real The Town of Havbstadt, � estate located in/Gibson County, Indiana, towit: � A part of the Northeast quarter of Section Thirty six (36), Township Three (3) South, Range Eleven (11) West and described as follows: Begin at a point in the South line of said quarter section 232 4/5 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; and .run thence west 174.24 feet; thence north 250 feet; thence East 174.24 feet; thence south 250 feet to the place of beginning and containing one ( 1) acre. ALSO, A part of the northeast quarter of sation thirty-six (36) in Township three (3) south, range eleven (11) west and described as follows: Begin at a point in the south line of said quarter section 407.04 feet west of the southeast corner thereof and run thence west 54 feet to an iron; thence north 250 feet; thence east 54 feet to an iron; thence south 250 feet to the place of beginning, and containing thirty-one hundredths (.31) of an acre, more or less; EXCEPTING ALWAYS the following described real estate, towit: A part of the northeast quarter of section thirty-six (36) in township three (3) south, range eleven (11) west, and described as follows: Begin at a point in the south line of said quarter section two hundred thirty-two and four-fifths (232 4/5) feet west of the southeast corner thereof and from said point of beginning run thence north two hundred fifty (250) feet; thencec.est eighty-seven and twelve hundredths (87.12) feet; thence south two hundred fifty (250) feet; thence east to the point of beginning, containing one- half acre, more or less; Subject, to all legal highways. Kiesel'died testate, on or about March 13, 1971, and that said Leo A. Kiesel and Lorine Kiesel were husband �. and wife, at the time of the death of the said Leo A Kiesel.
