�Toseph Pearson, Louisa Aydelotte and Alice Ruth Pierson. Tnat the

Affiant further deposes and says that the said Joseph Pearson
�ied on March 25, 1949 and that he left as his heirs and only heirs
at law his following named children: .Ellen Jones, Pauline Howe,
Ai;gie Kays, Lula Rothrock, Edwin Pearson_and 'chis affiant, June Kifer.
Affiant further deposes and says that the said Louisa Aydelotte
died in or about the year 1945 and that she left as her sole and only
heir-at-law her daughter, Helen Aydelotte Mercurio.
