Knight, being first duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says: That he is.more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana. Z"hat he is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: Part of the west half of the southwest quarter of section two (2) township two (2) south, range eleven (11) west and described as follows: Begin at a point in the east line of said half, quarter section 938.2 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; run thence north 499.8 feet to an iron pin; thence west 1007 feet; thence south 499.8 feet; thence east 1007 feet to the place of beginning and containing eleven and fifty-five hundredths (11.55) acres, more or less, and being the same part and parcel real estate described in Deed Record #83 page #478, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 113 page 291, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Charles E. Knight, sometimes designated as Charles Elmer Knight and Mary D. Knight, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said Charles E. Knight, sometimes known as Charles Elmer Knight, died on or about February 1, 1950, and that said Charles E. Knight, sometimes known as Charles Elmer Knight and Mary D. Rnight were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Charles E. Knight, sometimes known as Charles Elmer Knight. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of the said Charles E. Knight at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the es'tate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Ta�t. r� . .l � ! � Y � �._ � .-' ' y,, , . - ' �) � . . ; �' � - . . Knight, sometimes known as Mary Della Knight, left as her sole and only heir at law her adult son, (this affiant);�Virgil L. Knight who resides at R.R. #3, Princeton, Indiana. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that'the value of the estate of said Mary D. Knight, sometimes known as Mary Della Knight, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax. Affiant further says that the Inheritance Tax liability of decedent's estate (Mary D. Knight) was determined by the Gibson Circuit Court in Cause No. PR 68 -'� , Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court. This affiant further says that this affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining in the office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, a transfer of said real estate from the joint names of Charles E. Knight and Mary D. Knight, but both now deceased, to first (lst), Mary D. Rnight and second (2nd) to Virgil L. Knight. Further this affiant sayeth not.
