Ballard, of Princeton, Indiana, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: (1) That he'is the Attorney of Record for John L. Kolb, Adminis- trator of the Estate of Margaret S. (3) That from the record in connection with the administration of decedent's estate it appears that decedent's interest in the above described real estate carried a valuation of Forty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars ($48,867,00) and that her personal estate was in the approximate sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00); arid that it further appears that said dece- dent's estate was not liable for a Federal Estate Tax and that the Indiana I:�heritance Tax liability in the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-one Dollars and Sixty-three Cents ($371063) has been finally determined and paid. That said decedent left as her sole and only heirs at law the following: Leotis Kolb (Husband); Anna Lou Hofman (Daughter); H. Louise Houston (Daughter); Joe H. Kolb (SOn); Susan Kolb Mayer (Daughter); ,7ane Knlb woods (Daughter) and John L. Kolb (SOn), (4) That this affidavit is made for tne purpose of foundationing a transfer on the tax duplicates in the Auditor's Office of Gibson County, Indiana to decedent's said heirs at law to which decedent's interest in the above described real estate descended in the pro- portions fixed by statute; and that the primary purpose of this affidavit is to show the descent of the title to said decedent's above described real estate, all in order that a proper transfer may be made to decedent's said heirs at law and for no other purpose; Further this affiant sayeth not.
