AFFIDAVIT AS NCY BY ENTIRETY

Alma I�1. Kramer, being firs��� worn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
� That she is more.than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, State o£ Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) oart in value, held as tenants by the
entirety, of the north half of the Southeast quarter of Section Twenty-
Six (26), Township three (3) south, Range ten (10) west, excepting
always the following designated parts thereof, towit: (a) One-fourth
(1/4) acre out of the northeast corner thereof heretofore conveyed
away to Gibson County for road purposes;_(b) Begin at a stone at the
southwest corner o£ the northcaest quarter, southeast quarter, of Section
26, Township 3 South, Ranqe 10 west, and run north for 162.00 feet to
a 5/8 inch iron; thence run East parallel to the South line of said
quarter, quarter Section for 140.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence
run South for 162.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron on said south line;
thence run West for 140.00feet to the place of beginning and containing
0.521 acres; and, being the same real estate heretofore conveyed to
Reuben G. Kramer and Blanche C. Kramer (husband and wife) by Deed
dated February 27, 1962; (c) Begin at a 5/8 inch iron on the South
line of the No=thwest cruarter, southeast quarter, of Section 26,
Town 3 South, Range 10 West, which iron is 273.00 feet East of a stone
at the Southwest corner of said quarter, quarter section; and from
said beginning run north at right angles to said south line for 162.00
feet to�a 5/8 inch iron; thence run East parallel to said south line
for 140.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run south1162.00 feet to
a 5/8 inch iron on said South line; thence run West for 140.00 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.521 acres; being the same
real estate heretofore conveyed to Jesse H. Kramer and Alma M. Kramer,
husband and wife, by deed dated February 27, 1962; and containing after
the three (3) said exceptions, 78.208 acres, more or less.
Also A South part of the Northwest quarter, Southeast Quarter, of
Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 10 west, in Union Township, Gibson
County, Indiana, and further described as follows: Begin at a 5/8
inch iron on the South line of the Northwest quarter, Southeast
quarter, of Section 26, Town 3 South, Range 10 west, which iron is
273.00 feet East of a stone at the Southwest corner of said quarter,
quarter section; and from said beginning run north at right angles
to said south line for 162.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run East
parallel to said south line for 140.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence
run south 162.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron on said south line; thence
run west for 140.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing
0.521 acres.
Also, An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value held as tenants by
the entirety of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
Ytaenty-Six, Township three (3) south, Range Ten (10) West, containing
eighty (80) acres.

An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value held as tenants by the
entirety, of the East half of the Southeast cruarter of the Northwest
auarter of Section Twenty-six (26), Township three (3) South,
Range ten (10) west, containing twenty (20) acres.
An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value held as tenants by the
entirety of Five (5) acres in the form of a parallelogram off the
East side of the Southeast auarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section twenty-six (26), Township three (3) south, Range ten (10)
West,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that the above designated
and described real property was formerly owned by Jesse H. Kramer
and Alma M. Kramer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Jesse H. Kramer died on or about December 19, 1967, and
that said Jesse H. Kramer and Alma M. Kramer, were husband and wife,
at the time of the death of the said Jesse H. Kramer.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Jesse H. Kramer at the time
of his death, within the meaning of 'the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of s'aid decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
