AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
TO: �YMOND KUESTER, AUDITOR
GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA
Stanley Krupicka, being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that he is the sole owner of the following de-
scribed real estate, situate in Center Township, Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 18, Township
2 South, Range 9 west, bounded as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of said
quarter, quarter section and run thence
west 40 rods; thence run south 80 rods to
the south line of said quarter, auarter
section; thence run east 40 rods; thence
north 80 rods to the place of beginning,
containing 20 acres, more or less,
by virtue of a warranty Deed dated February 29, 1968, executed by
Frances Mildred Krupicka, as Grantor, in favor of this affiant as
Grantee, which deed is recorded in Deed Rec. 174, page 184, records
in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
This affiant and Frances Mildred Krupicka acquired this
said real estate by virtue of a S4arranty Deed dated November 26,
1965 from Ruth E. Williams, a widow, which Deed was recorded
November 9, 1972 in Deed Dr. 1,�Card 5609, records in the office of
the Recorder of said County and State. .
By reason of the fact that the deed first mentioned
above was recorded prior to the_recording of the deed mentioned last
above, the official transfer records in the office of the Auditor
of Gibson County, Indiana erronously disclose the ownership of said
real estate to be in the names of Stanley Krupicka and F. Mildred
Krupicka, husband and wife, and this affiant makes this affidavit
for the purpose of causing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana to
take notice of the facts stated herein and cause said real estate
to be transferred solely to the name of Stanley Krupicka for taxation.
