SURVIVORSHIP AFFIDAVIT

Comes now the undersigned Affiant, Marsha R. Blanton,
And after first being duly sworn, deposes and states that she is over the age of
twenty-one, is a citizen and resident of Gibson County, state of Indiana, and is the
surviving spouse of Cleon Blanton, who died intestate a citizen and resident of Gibson
County, state of Indiana, on/about January 30, 2012, and at the time of his death she
was married to Cleon Blanton, and they held title jointly as husband and wife to the
following described real estate:
An eastern part of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 2
South, Range 11 West, in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and bounded
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 16, Township 2 South, Range 11 West and thence bear South 1590.20 feet to
a stone found in the East line of said half quarter section; thence bear South 84
degrees West, more or less, along a public road, a distance of 546.62 feet to a 2 inch
pipe found and marking the true point of beginning; thence measure North 84
degrees East, more or less, a distance of 107.6 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set; thence
measure South 1 degree East, more or less, a distance of 335.59 feet to a 1 inch rebar
set; thence measure South 85 degrees West, more or less, a distance of 107.60 feet to
a 5/8 inch iron set in the West property line of land formerly owned by Paul Kirby;
thence measure North 1 degree West, more or less, a distance of 336.0 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 0.826 acres, but subject to a county road right-of-
way off the North side thereof. Also subject to a 10 feet wide roadway off entire
East side. The above described 0.826 acre tract includes the right of entry across a
10 feet wide strip of land immediately East of the East line thereof, for the entire
length of said tract.
Property commonly known as: 3877 W. 75 S., Princeton, IN, 47670.
Marsha R. Blanton hereby states she was married continuously to Cleon Blanton
until the date of his death and title passed to Marsha R. Blanton as per survivorship
clause in the deed
Affiant states that the statements set forth hereinabove are true and correct to the
best of her knowledge and belief.
