Z. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property of whatever kind, real, personal and mixed and wherever situated to my wife, Reda Jane Kell, if she survlves me. It is my intention to exclude all of my children under the terms of this section whether born before or after this Will is executed. II. If my said wife, Reda Jane Yell, does not survive me, or if oie die in a common disaster, or as a result of the same accident, epidemic or other calamity which shall cause our death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my prop- erty, real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind and nature and wheresoever situated to National Bank of Commerce of Pine Bluff in trust, however, for the following purposes and upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: a.
