I, Lowell Dean Kell, f Pine Bluff, Jefferson
County, Arkansas, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, do hereby make, publlsh and declare this to be rny
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other
wills that may have been heretofore made by me at any time.

I give, devise and bequeath all of my property
of whatever kind, real, personal and mixed and wherever
situated to my wife, Reda Jane Kell, if she survlves me.
It is my intention to exclude all of my children under the
terms of this section whether born before or after this
Will is executed.
II.
If my said wife, Reda Jane Yell, does not survive
me, or if oie die in a common disaster, or as a result of
the same accident, epidemic or other calamity which shall
cause our death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my prop-
erty, real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind and nature
and wheresoever situated to National Bank of Commerce of
Pine Bluff in trust, however, for the following purposes
and upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit:
a. The beneficiaries of this trust are my ctiild-
•ren, Justin Neil Kell and William David Free (whose name

will be changed to William David Kell by adoption decree
in process), and any other ci�ild or children which may hereafter
be bor o or adopted by me.

After first being duly sworn, the undersigned,
on oath state:
We are the subscribing witnesses to the attached

written instrument dated the �2� day of ,
1970, which purports to be the Last Will of Lowell Dean Kell.
On the execution date of the instrument, the testator, in
our presence, signed the instrument at the end thereof,
declared the instrument to be his Will, and requested that
we attest his execution thereof; whereupon, in the presence
of the testator, each of us signed our names as attesting
witnesses. '
At the time of the execution of the instrument,
the testator appeared to be older than eighteen years of
age, of sound mtnd and acting without undue influence, fraud
or restraint.

O R D E R
Now on this day is presented to the Court the Petition of
the Executrix herein to close said estate, and from an examin-
ation of said Petition the Court doth find as follows:
1. That said estate has been fully administered, that there
are no outstanding claims against said estate, that there are
no U. S. and/or Arkansas estate and/or income taxes owed by said
estate.
2. That all beneficiaries under the Will have waived the
formality of a final accounting.
3. That said estate should be closed and that Reda Jane
Kell is hereby discharged as Executrix of said estate-and the
administration of said estate is closed.
