As a part of the consideration for this conveyance the Grantees agree that said water line shall remain located upon the real estate �ti�here it is now located, and that the adjoining the south property line landowners will be permitted to use said water line, and the Grantees and the adjoining landowner and person using said water line shall be obliged to pay the necessary expenses.
