T'?is ��ause came to be heard on the 12th day of November,
1990, upon the final account, petition to settle and allow
account and for authority to distribute estate filed by Judy A.
Straw, as executrix of the estate of Rosalie, deceased, which
account and petition are in the words and figures following,
to-wit:

And it appearinq that no objections were filed thereto and
the Court being fully advised in the premises now finds as
follows: �
1. Due notices of the filing of said account and petition
and of the hearing on the same were given to all persons inter-
ested in said estate, and the same are now properly before the
Court for final action thereon.
2. That Rosalie Keil died testate, a resident of the
County of Gibson, State of Indiana, on the 28th day of March,
1989, and her Last will and Testament was duly admitted to
probate before this Court on the 3rd day of April, 1989, and this

and Testament of the decedent, and said Judy A. Straw was issued
Letters of Testamentary on the 3rd day of April, 1989, and since
that date she has continued to serve in such capacity.
3. That the statements in said account and petition are
true, and that said executrix has accounted for all the assets in
said estate.
4. More than five (5) months have elapsed since the date
of first published notice to legatees, devisees and creditors of
said decedent; all claims filed against said estate have been
paid and discharged; neither said decedent nor her executrix were
employers of labor within the meaning of that term as used in the
Indiana Employment Security Act; all estate taxes, inheritance
taxes and gross income taxes, if any, assessed in said estate
have been paid.
5. That the following persons are the sole legatees and
devisees under the decedent's Last Will and Testament: Judy A.
Straw, daughter.
6. That the decedent owned the following described reai
estate located in Gibson and Vanderburgh Counties, Indiana,
to-wit:
Tract I
Gibson County, Indiana
The North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
containing twenty (20) acres, more or less.
ALSO, a part of the East half of the East Half of Section 2,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, more particularly described
as follows: Begin at a point 818.0 feet South of the North-
east corner of said Section 2, thence South 777.0 feet to a

parcel, thence North 200.0 feet to the thread line of a
ditch (NO Name), thence North 56 degrees 00' East, 875.0
. feet along the thread line of said ditch to a point, thence
curving along the thread line of said ditch, the Long Chord
of the curve being 393.0 feet, North 77 degrees 00' East, to
the point of beginning, containing 13.9 acres, more or less.
Tract ZI
- Gibson County, Indiana
The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
containing 20 acres, more or less.
Tract IZI
Vanderburgh County, Indiana
The west one-half of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section R�enty-One (21) Township Four (4) South,
Range Eleven (11) West, containing twenty (20) acres, more
or less.
ALSO, part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Four (4) South, Range
Eleven (11) west, and described as follows, to-wit: Begin-
ning at the northeast corner of said quarter quarter section
and run thence south to a point fifteen (15) rods north of
the southeast corner thereof; thence west 182.8 feet; thence
north to the north line thereof; thence east 182.8 feet to
the place of beginning and containing four and one-half (4
;) acres, EXCEPTING therefrom that part conveyed to the
State of Indiana on September 30, 1965, as shown in State
Highway right-of-way grant Record 1, page 384 in the office
of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
That oursuant to Article II of the decedent's Last Will and
Testament, the above Tracts I, II and III pass in fee to the
decedent's surviving daughter, Judy A. Straw.
ZT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
as follows:
1. The Final Report and Account of the executrix is hereby
in all things approved, settled, confirmed, and made an order of
this Court without further enumeration herein.
2. That the proposed distribution of the property remain-
ing in the estate as set forth in the final accounting and as
directed by the Last Will and Testament of the decedent is hereby
in all things approved.
3. The executrix is ordered to file her supplemental
report proving she has complied with the terms and conditions of
this order. All of which is ordered this /a.cQ,day of�December,
