DAVID L. PATTERSON, beine duly s��orn upon oath says as follows:
L That he is the son of Vonda Jean Kell, deceased.
2. That \'onda Jean ICell died on 30`h da}� of September; 2003.
That said decedent ��as on the day of her death the owner of the followin� described
real estate in Gibson Countv. State of Indiana, to-�vir.
Exl�ibit A attached hereto.
=4. That the address of said real estate is 203 E. John Street; Fort Branch, TN 47648, and
the parcel number for said real estate is 26-18-13-402-000.390-026.
�. That no «iil of decedent has erer been probated in any court and decedent died
intestate: that decedent's sole hzirs at la�r under the intestate la��s of the State of Indiana are
Vonda Jean Kell's t��o sons, ro-�� it: Da� id L. Patterson and Carroll Dana Patterson.
6. That the above described real estate passed to David L. Patterson and Canoll Dana
Patterson as equal tenants in common b�� virtue of the fact that the}� are the sole and only heirs at
law under the intestate la���s of the State of Indiana.
7. That no letters testamentan or of administration upon decedent's estate have been
taken out in any court and more than five (�) months have non� elapsed since the date of
decedent's death.
S. That decedent's funeral ezpenses have been paid in fizll; that no Indiana inheritance
tax is o��'ed bv reason of decedent's death and no Indiana inheritance tax return was required to
be prepared; that no Federal estate tax is o«ed by reason of decedent`s death and no Federai
inheritance tas return �eas required to be prepared.
9. That James J. I:ell died on Februar}� 27; 1991; and that at the time of his death; James
J. Kell ���as married to Vonda Jean Kell and that at the time of his death; James J. ICeil and Vonda
Jean [:ell o��ned said real estate as husband and ���ife as shonn bv Exhibit A and that upon the
death of James J. Kell the real estate ��ested in Vonda Jean Kell.

10. That Affiant makes this affidavit to show that David L. Patterson and Carroll Dana
Patterson as equal tenants in common are now the o��mers in fee simple of the above described
real estate and that the same is not subject to decedent's debts, funeral expenses, costs of
administration, and death taxes.
