1969.
4. That the decedent, William Da�rel Kuehling, was formerty married to the former Alice
Mazcella Kling and their marriage was dissolved by Order of the Vanderburgh Superior Court,
Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, on September 23, 1953, in that action entitled Alice
Marcella Kuehling vs. William Darrel Kuehling, Cause No. G2582.

10. That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, William Darrel Kuehling, as
determined for the purposes of Federal Estate Ta�tes, �i�as less than the value required for the
filing of a Federal Estate Tax Retum. As a consequence thereo£ the decedent's estate was not
subject to Federal Estate Tax.
11. That the value of each heir at la�i�'s interest in decedent's estate, after the deduction
for the spousal allowance provided for in I.C. 29-1-4-1 and the costs of administration did not
exceed ihe deduction/exemption allo���able under Indiana law for a second childless spouse and
an adult child and accordingly, no Indiana Inheritance Tax is due and o���ing.
