The above-named decedent died intestate on the 11th day of May, 2010, while domiciled in Gibson County, Indiana. 2. The decedent was married to Connie S. Karaff, on August 15, 1981, until the time of his death. 3. The decedent did not leave a will. 4. There was no administration on the estate of the decedent. 5. No petition for the appointment of a personal representative of said decedent is pending in any Court in this State and that forty-five (45) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent. 6. The following named persons are the only surviving heirs of the decedent: Connie S. Karaff, 806 S. Lincoln St., Ft. Branch, IN 47648, spouse, Angela J. McGrew, 602 Tretter Park Dr., Ft. Branch, IN 47648, adult daughter Ryan M. Karaff, 1912 Woods Glen Ct., Evansville, IN 47714, adult son. 7. Said decedent left no other child or children, nor descendants of an predeceased child or children and that all survivors are competent adults. 8. The value of the decedent's gross probate estate, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed the sum of the allowance provided by I.C. 29-1-4-1, the costs and expenses of administration and reasonable funeral expenses. 9. Branch, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 193 of the records of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, the North Half of the following described real estate; Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot Thirty-one (31) and run thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot Thirty-two (32) in Lowe's Second Addition to the Town of Ft. Branch; thence West along the common boundary line between said street and the North line of said Lot Thirty-two (32) to the Northwest corner of the East Half of said Lot Thirty-two (32), thence North to the Southwest corner of the East Half of said Lot ThiRy-one (31); thence East along the common boundary line between said street and the South line of said Lot Thirty-one (31) to the place of beginning. There are no creditors for the estate. 11. Connie S. Karaff, Angela J. McGrew and Ryan M, Karaff, are entitled to the real estate as the sole surviving heirs of Michael Terrance Karaff. 12. The gross value of the estate of the decedent, Michael Terrance Karaff, as determined for the purposes of Federal Estate taxes, was less than the value required for the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return. As a consequence thereof, the decedenYs estate was not subject to Federal Estate Tax. 13. The decedenYs estate was not subject to Indiana Inheritance Tax. � S CONNIE S.
