The marital relationship �vhich existed between Edwin J. Karges and Mae E. Karges continued unbroken from the time they so acquired title to the Real Estate until the death of Edwin J. Karees on March S, 1988, at which time Mae E. Karges. acquired title to the Real Estate as the surviving tenant by the entireties. �. Mae E. Karges died testate on February 2S, 2007, a resident of DuPa�e County; ❑linois. On August 31, 2007, the �4'ill of Mae E. Kazges was admitted to probate in Case No. 2007P0007�4 in the Circuit Court of the 1 S`" Judicial Circuit, DuPage Counry, Illinois. Attached hereto are certified copies of the Will of Mae E. Karges, the Order Admitting �Vill to Probate and Appointing Representati��e, Letters of Office - DecedenYs Estate, Affidavit of Heirship, and Order Declaring Heirship. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative for.the estate of Mae E. Karges is pending in the State of Indiana, and no proceedings therefor are contemplated by anyone to the knowledge, information or belief of the undersigned. 6. James F. Karges and William P. Karges are the sole residuary le�atees of the residuary estate under the terms of the Will of Mae E. Karges. 7. Mae E. Karges was survived by t�vo children, namely James F. Karges and William P. Karges. Mae E. Karges �vas not survived by any other child or children, or bq the descendants of any other child or children. S. At the time of her death, Mae E.
