Lamey being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is nore than seventy-six (76) years of age, a resident o£ Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of a retired farmer. . That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, township 4 south, range 10 west, Johnson Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and nore particularly described as follows: The place of beginaing may be found at a 5/8 inch iron on the west line of said quarter quarter, 532.50 feet south of the northwest corner thereof; thence north 88 degrees O1 minutes east, 318 feet to a 5/S inch iron; thence south.l degree 37 minutes west, 106 feet; thence north 89 degrees 50 minutes caest 315 feet to a 5/8 inch iron in the west line of said quarter quarter; thence north along said west line 101.50 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.7538 acres; Subject to a county road right-of-way along the west side of said above described parcel. Lamey died testate on or about January 19, 1974, and that said Edward J. Lamey and Cleanora A. Lamey were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Cleanora A. Lamey. L�_ � � . .
